The Thirteenth Annual SSME Conference will be held at the Hilton Orange County, Orange County, California – January 6-9, 2022.
Registration is now open for the 2022 Annual Meeting/Conference. Register before December 1 for a discounted rate!
If you can’t make it to the conference, there will be an option to register for and attend online panel discussions. The only requirement is that you be a member and pay your 2022 dues. Registration for online panels coming soon.

Cancellation Policy: Registration fees will be fully refunded if you cancel before December 1, 2021. Cancellations after December 1, 2021, will not be refunded. Registration refunds must be requested in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
September 1: Hotel block opens for booking
October 3: SSME conference registration opens
December 1: Registration fees will NOT be refunded after this date if you cancel
December 22: Deadline to register for the hotel and receive the discounted rate.

To reserve your room online click here or call 800-445-8667 and reference the ‘SSME Annual Meeting’. The SSME has secured discounted rates per night, plus applicable taxes for Annual Meeting attendees. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. The special rate will be offered until Wednesday, December 22 at midnight pacific time or until the group room block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Only registered attendees of the 2022 Annual Meeting (SSME, SCE, SJE) can book within the meeting’s room block. The Society of Christian Ethics will do an audit with the hotel to ensure only registered members of the SSME, SJE, and SCE have booked hotel rooms. Those that have not registered for the Annual Meeting will be removed from the block, forfeiting the discounted rate.
The Society for the Study of Muslim Ethics continues to closely monitor the coronavirus outbreak as the health and safety of our members and attendees is our highest priority. We are tracking all travel restrictions and will follow the advice of the World Health Organization, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the California Department of Public Health.
