Registration
Registration is now open for the 2023 Annual Meeting/Conference.


Cancellation Policy: Registration fees will be fully refunded if you cancel before December 1, 2022 midnight Eastern Time. Cancellations after December 1, 2022 will not be refunded. Registration refunds must be requested in writing to info@ssmethics.org.

Single/Double/Triple/Quad: $139 (plus taxes and fees)
To reserve your room online click here or call 877-865-5321 and reference ‘SCE’. The Society of Christian Ethics has secured discounted rates per night, plus applicable taxes for Annual Meeting attendees. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. The special rate will be offered until Monday, December 19 at 3 PM central time or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
Only registered attendees of the 2023 Annual Meeting (SCE, SJE, SSME) can book within the meeting’s room block. The Society of Christian Ethics will do an audit with the hotel to ensure only registered members have booked hotel rooms. Those that have not registered for the Annual Meeting will be removed from the block, forfeiting the discounted rate.

Health & Safety
Masks – Masks are required in all meeting space and hallways.
Vaccine Mandate – All participants must be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination at registration. Following current CDC guidance, a booster is not required in order to be considered fully vaccinated. Paper or photo of vaccine are acceptable.
Please note, The Society for the Study of Muslim Ethics can not mandate external parties, such as hotel staff, audio visual staff, etc. to follow the above rules.

The Society for the Study of Muslim Ethics continues to closely monitor the coronavirus outbreak as the health and safety of our members and attendees is our highest priority. We are tracking all travel restrictions and will follow the advice of the World Health Organization, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Chicago Department of Public Health.
